Items specified as “Used” are sold as is-where is. This unit was visually inspected; however, no certified mechanical inspections were performed unless otherwise stated. The Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed observations, and buyer will rely entirely on their own inspection. All information provided for this item such as serial and vin numbers, approximate weights and lengths, horsepower, etc. is provided by our best ability, but not guaranteed. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way, this is the winning bidder's responsibility to verify prior to purchase. We do not guarantee listing information but provide it for your assistance. PAYMENT AND PICKUP We will email the winning bidder an invoice with payment instructions after the sale of lot. Please notify us if you prefer to pay by credit card, a 3.4% processing fee will be added to your invoice. Please give notice 24 hours before picking up equipment, so we can help you load and give you the location of the pick-up. Please confirm location of item on the Lot description. Most Items are commissioned by owners, through Roc-Pit Equipment Service. We can assist with loading if needed. No charge for loading or storage for 30 days. Any miscellaneous service relating to the equipment will be charged a service fee of $105.00 per hour. Items not picked up within 30 days of sale will be charged a storage rate of $10 per day until picked up. It is the right of the consignor to reclaim all unpaid or unclaimed equipment that violates the terms of our auction.
