M-TEC livestock trailers are manufactured for durability and strength, featuring additional elements that set them apart from the competition. The chassis layout uses box iron instead of angle iron for increased strength, reducing flex and movement which can cause fatigue in the steel and weaken the structure. Spring hangers connected to the box iron ensure stability while turning the trailer with a full livestock load. LED lighting is linked via a wiring loom which eliminates junction boxes that are prone to failure in adverse weather. Knott running gear, known as the best auto-reverse mechanism in the market, is utilised throughout the M-TEC range. Folded aluminium sides provide extra strength at a critical trailer point. Sturdy rear posts and robust aluminium loading gates enhance longevity, with integrated LED lighting positioned to avoid damage. Slam Shut dividing gates offer adjustable positions for flexibility. A black roof option is available across the livestock range, with a unique feature allowing for easy replacement if damaged. An effluent tank with removeable lid facilitates thorough cleaning.
