Payments are due within 24 hours following the close of the sale a. Invoices will be sent via email b. Payment instructions will be on the invoice c. Housby does not provide financing. And any bidders planning to finance should have funding secured in advance and ready at the time of the sale. Any payments that will be late will require a non-refundable deposit to hold the equipment. II. All items are sold “As Is/Where Is” with no warranties either expressed or implied. a. Notes for guidance only. Pre-purchase inspections encouraged & recommended. All sales are final after purchase. III. Equipment must be picked up within 10 business days. a. Items subject to late storage fees and/or re-location at buyers expense if not removed within 10 banking days. b. 24 hour notice with holding yard is required prior to collecting purchase, and load out may be refused without this notice. c. Buyer must present a Gate Pass to location for release of equipment IV. Titles will be mailed 10 banking days after settlement via USPS Certified mail. a. Titles will be assigned based on the name/address on your account at time of purchase. Review your information PRIOR to bidding. Amendments may not be possible in accordance with regulation against skipping title assignments after purchase. V. Taxes may be charged unless you provide us with proper documentation for exemption. a. Acceptable forms include: State sales tax exempt form, dealers license, or resale certificate. VI.
